What's New?

10/22/17: This summer included conferences in Singapore, Ireland, Indianapolis, Detroit, and Richmond. I'll try to be better about updating my website in the coming months...

04/20/17: Do you want to stay up-to-date on where I'll be speaking and new music I'm writing? Sign up for my email list: Don't worry; it will only be a few emails per month and you may just find it extremely useful, with music suggestions for upcoming church seasons, insights on ministry, and devotional ideas to use with your music teams.

03/03/17: Accolades for Essential Worship:

I'm usually skeptical of the word "essential" when used to describe books, but your book really does cover all the essentials I've been looking for in a worship book. As one who grew up in a very low church, evangelical setting, I've been looking for a way to communicate the importance of various elements of worship to my pastor friends. This is now the book I will be sharing! (David C., Grand Rapids, MI)

03/02/17: I'm now writing on worship topics for the FAQs column of The Banner. They come out every other month.

02/20/17: I'll be at Lee University and Covenant College February 20-21, 2017. "A Balanced Diet of Congregational Song" and "Pop Orchestration" are both on the docket.

If it's not here, it's just old news...
